This Ethiopian coffee is a fruit-forward experience with vibrant complexity. Bombe is juicy and bright, with berry notes and floral aromas that shine in light roasts and develop a smooth, balanced bittersweetness in darker roasts.

Flavor Profile:
Expect dominant flavors of red raspberry and strawberry with a juicy sweetness, complemented by a floral jasmine aroma that emerges when brewed. With a fragrance of freeze-dried berries and strawberry milk powder, Bombe’s light roast captures Sidama’s signature fruity and floral essence. Darker roasts reveal a milder bittersweetness while preserving the juicy fruit intensity.

From Farm to Cup:
Bombe is sourced from the Bombe mountains in Ethiopia’s Sidama region, where the farm and processing site are privately owned. Alongside coffee from their own farm, Daye Bensa, the Bombe team works with smallholders from Shantawene, Bombe, and Keramo villages, creating a blend that reflects the diversity of the region’s coffee terroir. Each lot, including this dry-processed mix from Bombe Village, is carefully selected and processed to highlight the unique, fruit-forward flavors and aromatic qualities of Ethiopian coffee.
