From Farm to Cup: Sourced from the Acatenango region, nestled between the Acatenango and Agua volcanoes, this coffee is the result of collaboration between 15-20 small to medium-sized producers. Located within a 25-mile radius of Antigua, these farms—managed in traditional, shade-grown methods—yield between 4 and 5 containers of green coffee per season. The primary varieties are Bourbon and Caturra, known for their balanced flavor profiles. The beans are carefully processed at a wet mill in Concepcion, where they undergo pulping, fermentation, washing, and patio drying for exceptional quality and consistency.
