Pricing
On-Site Service Call: $99 per visit
A service call fee applies to all on-site requests and includes travel to your location within a 65-mile radius. Travel beyond 65 miles will be quoted separately. This fee is waived when equipment is dropped off at our repair facility.Labor Rate: $125 per hour (2-hour minimum)
Labor is billed in addition to the $99 service call fee and is charged at $125 per hour with a two-hour minimum per visit. The minimum charge for an on-site repair is $349 ($99 service call + 2 hours labor), plus any required parts and materials. Labor charges begin once diagnostic work and repairs are performed.
Parts & Materials
Replacement parts, consumables, and any additional materials required to complete the repair are billed separately from labor charges.
Estimates & Approval
A repair estimate will be provided before any work is completed. No repairs beyond the approved estimate will be performed without customer authorization.
Equipment Drop-Off Service
Customers may bring equipment directly to our repair shop for evaluation and repair. The $99 on-site service call fee is waived for all drop-off repairs.
Emergency or After Hours
Emergency calls, after hours or weekends will be billed at time and half $225 per hour.
