Reserva Coffee Roasters Return and Exchange Policy

At Reserva Coffee Roasters, we are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction. To streamline your experience, we’ve outlined our return and exchange policies by product or service category. Please review the following terms carefully:


Coffee Bags and Merchandise (Online and In-Store)

  • We accept returns for unopened, damage-free coffee bags and unused, unworn merchandise within 3 days of purchase or delivery.

  • A restocking fee of 20% will be deducted from the refund for all approved returns.

  • To submit a return request, visit reservacoffee.com and provide:

    • Name

    • Email address

    • Phone number

    • Proof of purchase

    • Detailed statement specifying the reason for the return.

  • Important Notes:

    • Open, used, or worn merchandise or coffee bags cannot be returned, exchanged, or credited.

    • Reserva Coffee Roasters reserves the right to determine the eligibility of all return requests.


Cafe Orders

  • We strive to deliver food and beverages of the highest quality. If you are unsatisfied with your order:

    • Within 30 minutes of purchase:

      • Contact your barista or call the cafe directly at 956-625-CAFE to request corrections or enhancements to your order.

      • Each transaction is limited to one correction, modification, or enhancement.

      • Refunds will not be issued for beverages or food that have already been prepared and delivered, except in cases where product quality or order accuracy is at fault and fall within the 30-minute window of purchase.
      • All refund requests are subject to review by our corporate office. Refunds are not guaranteed and are issued at the sole discretion of the corporate office.

      • Disruptive, aggressive, or harassing behavior toward our staff or other customers will result in immediate disqualification from any refund consideration.

      • In the event of a dispute, our team may collect your contact information to follow up after internal review. Refunds will not be processed on-site.

      • We reserve the right to refuse service and/or refunds to individuals who compromise the safety or operations of our locations.

    • After 30 minutes: All cafe purchases are considered final sale, and no returns, exchanges, refunds, or credits will be issued.


Online Cafe Orders

  • Location-Specific Orders: Please ensure you select the correct cafe location when placing an order. Refunds, credits, or exchanges will not be provided for orders placed at the wrong location.

  • Unclaimed or Not Picked-Up Orders: Refunds, credits, or exchanges will not be issued for online orders that are not claimed or picked up.


Gift Cards

  • All gift card sales are final.

  • Refunds or credits will not be issued for gift card purchases.
