A Grade 1 natural-process coffee from the village of Durato Bombe, where the Sidama and Harrar growing regions meet. The tiny heirloom Mokka beans are dried whole in the cherry, which loads the cup with jammy strawberry aroma and a juicy, fruit-forward sweetness that settles into dark chocolate. It shines a couple of days after roasting.
Notes of strawberry, pineapple and dark chocolate with a tart, juicy acidity.
