Each of our packages is designed to provide a seamless coffee catering experience for your event. We include comprehensive set up and clean up services to ensure hassle-free operation throughout your event. Additionally, our packages come fully equipped with all the necessary supplies, including cups, lids, and complements, ensuring that your self-service coffee station exceeds your expectations. From start to finish, we've got you covered, so you can focus on enjoying your event while we take care of the rest.

How does the deposit work?

To secure your date for our coffee catering services, we require a $50 non-refundable deposit. This deposit ensures that your event date is reserved exclusively for you. In the event that your plans change, we understand that circumstances may require adjustments. We're committed to accommodating changes to the best of our ability, ensuring that your coffee catering experience aligns seamlessly with your updated event arrangements. Please feel free to reach out to us with any changes, and we'll work with you to make the necessary adjustments.

Is the coffee catering service priced by the hour, or is there a set duration for each event?

We do not charge by the hour for our coffee catering services. Instead, we offer pricing based on the number of guests served. Our coffee catering packages are designed to accommodate your event's duration, ensuring a seamless experience from start to finish. With equipment capable of sustaining service for up to 4 hours, your hot beverages will remain fresh and enjoyable throughout the entirety of your event.

Do you have drinks other than coffee?

Yes, we do! We offer a variety of delightful options catering to both kids and non-coffee drinkers. Our selection includes chocolate caliente, hot or iced tea, and flavored lemonades. It's important to note that non-coffee options are exclusively available within our deluxe and premium packages.

Do you have power requirements?

Absolutely not! Our self-service catering stations are designed to operate without any electricity requirements. You can enjoy your beverages hot or cold without the need for power, ensuring convenience and flexibility for any event setup.

Will there be baristas present to serve at the event?

Our coffee catering service is intentionally designed to be hassle-free and does not necessitate the presence of baristas for serving. We've streamlined our setup to empower you and your guests to enjoy a self-service experience, ensuring convenience and ease throughout your event.

How much space do you need?

Each table we utilize measures 4 feet by 2 feet. To accommodate our self-service stations and ensure ample room for guests to enjoy, we recommend a minimum area of 5 feet by 5 feet per table. This allows for a comfortable and accessible setup for your event.

How far do you travel?

We are currently serving the McAllen, Mission, Edinburg Metropolitan area. If you're located within this area, we're more than happy to bring our coffee catering services directly to your event.
